Once again….

I am finally returning to this blog after leaving it dormant again. Life gets busy and I forget my need to journal. I’ve severely struggled with the turmoil on social media lately, and even though I still make posts, I tend to make the posts generic and stay off scrolling. I still wish to share some of our lives and my thoughts with family and friends who don’t live close, but it seems everything brings about snarky comments these days and I just don’t have room in my heart for that negativity. So once again, I’m sharing here whether anyone ends up reading it or not. 

Many changes have happened this past year. The boys are older and life looks different now. In many ways, I miss littles in my home, and yet, some of the things that come with big kids are kinda fun too. Gods put new people, new paths, and new desires in front of us and I hope you’ll come back to find out what work God is doing in the Allen family!
